Two beauties on their way to Coronado! Barbie and her pal Ken were found abandoned on the Coronado Bridge, both with matted hair and no place to go. Luckily, they made their way to the Coronado Animal Care Facility where they have been trimmed and groomed. Barbie, the smaller of the two, is a one-year-old female Maltese weighing 6 pounds.
This petite sized little love bug is as soft as your favorite blanket. Barbie’s main priority is keeping her human pals company. When you’re up and active, she is right behind you. Once you sit down, she hops into your chair to be with you. Barbie will snuggle next to you for hours without a peep.
With a smile on her face and a constantly wagging tail, this girl is sure to be the best thing you can wake up to each morning. Want a Study Buddy or Office Pal? Barbie can fill that bill easily as she sits with you while her plumed tail does double duty to keep your desk dusted! Start each day out right with a new companion. Visit Barbie soon and see how easily she will complete your household.
The Coronado Animal Care Facility is open between 9:00am and 4:00pm (except holidays) and is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in an adoption, you must first complete a dog adoption application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado dog adoption counselor. You may fill out the dog adoption application at pawsofcoronado.org or contact [email protected].
