We will be offering a Wild King Salmon Steak for two, drizzled with red wine sauce and fava beans. Paired with this savory meal will be a wine flight for each diner featuring Chardonnay, Copain, “Tous Ensemble”, 2013, Anderson Valley, Pinot Noir, Tyler, “Dierberg-Block 5”, 2012, Santa Rita Valley, and Cabernet Sauvignon, White Rock, “Claret”, 2011, Napa Valley.
