Subject drove by victim’s house, which is in violation of a restraining order of 100 yards.

Subject got into a verbal argument with their long time live partner; during this argument the subject light slapped the victim’s face.

The victim and the suspect are boyfriend/girlfriend cohabiting a studio apartment. They became involved in a verbal argument of the male victim’s infidelity

Assault with a deadly weapon other than firearm of GBI force

The victim was in the courtyard of Coronado High School horsing around with a couple of his friends. The suspect saw the victim was wearing a scarf and proceeded to grab the scarf, wrap it tightly around the victim’s neck and choke him with it from behind.

The unknown suspect used victim’s credit card number to make a purchase at a Target store in San Diego. The victim stated the card was new and had only been used twice before the number was compromised.

The unknown suspect(s)using an unknown device, gained access into a locked 2008 GMC Denali. Once inside the suspects removed a purse from behind the front passenger’s seat and left the scene undetected.

The unknown suspect(s) were able to open the victim’s rental vehicle and took $10,552.65 worth of personal belongings from him and his passengers.

Petty Theft

The unknown suspect(s) took the victim’s bag and personal heater from her unlocked vehicle. The bag obtained a work computer as well as three checkbooks. The suspect(s) then used her credit card information to frequently purchase items from several businesses. The estimated value of lost items is $660; while the total fraudulent charges to the card are totaled at $936.12.
