Local author, Barbara McNally, found a passion for writing. And while her new memoir, Unbridled, is a candid look at her journey to regain passion and purpose in her own life, her hope is that it will translate into so much more through her foundation, Mother, Lover, Fighter, Sage that she formed while writing her book to enhance the lives of women from all walks of life.
Since forming her foundation, Barbara has hosted over 200 wives & caregivers of Wounded Warriors to a twice-yearly Spa Day at the Hotel Del Coronado where the women can refresh, restore, and find healing in relating to each other about their own personal challenges in loving and caring for a Wounded Warrior. S.P.A. Day 2014 (Support, Purpose, Appreciation) is a newly-produced video that Barbara hopes will spread the word about her efforts to support these women and encourage others to do the same through her foundation, Mother, Lover, Fighter, Sage.
