Hotel Marisol Coronado just completed an extensive historical restoration and renovation and is open for the first time for a CHA-sponsored reception and docent-led tour. The hotel originally opened in 1927, as the Blue Lantern Inn and over its many years of success has been known as the Ritz, the Biltmore (shown above), and most recently as the Village Inn.
Reception and tours will be presented in an “Open House” format. Come anytime between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.* Enjoy visiting with the owners and other guests, with celebratory beverages and appetizers in the beautiful new courtyard.

* For those attending Coronado’s Concert in the Park that evening aim for an early arrival at the Marisol in order to be finished in time to get a seat in Spreckels Park
