Come celebrate the Bard’s 450th birthday on Wednesday April 23 at the Coronado Senior Center with U-T columnist Richard Lederer, who will demonstrate Shakespeare’s astonishing contributions to our English language at 5pm. Dr. Lederer will be joined by local residents, who will perform excerpts from Shakespeare’s plays during his humorous lecture.
The public is welcome to join us for a free happy hour preceding the celebration from 4:00-5:00pm. Shakespearean wardrobe is optional.
For more information on this free event or to RSVP, contact the Senior Center at 435-2616.
