On Thursday morning, Coronado Police Detectives, along with the assistance of SDPD’s SWAT unit conducted a search warrant in San Diego and arrested Jasen Elliott Harris for possession of stolen property. Harris was arrested in connection with a recent burglary series in the east portion of the Coronado village. Additional criminal charges are pending.
A tip from a Coronado resident led police to Harris. The resident noticed a man, who was not familiar to their neighborhood, exit a vehicle and enter another neighbor’s backyard. The resident felt the activity was suspicious and wrote down the license plate and later gave it to police.
