On August 25, 2013 at the Concert in the Park featuring the Navy Southwest Wind Ensemble, Coronado Little League Intermediate Division 11-13 All-Stars were recognized by Mayor Casey Tanaka for their hard work and success in winning the Section 6 and District 32 Championships and coming in as the Runner Up in the Sub-Region III Championship. The team’s roster included manager, Rob Miller, coaches, JD Douglas and Jim Depperschmidt, and All-Stars Heath Miller, Jake Lamb, Hank McNeal, Sean Miley, Jared Pratt, Ben Williams, Andy Rodgers, Collin Douglas, Nic Kaczowski, Bruen Roulier, Brandon Depperschmidt, Garrett Herrmann, and Auguste Melden. Special thanks to Coronado’s Mayor, Casey Tanaka, and the Coronado Concert Series Board of Directors, especially the Board’s President, Cathy Brown, for providing such an awesome venue for recognizing the team’s achievements.
