Update to previous post regarding the closing of Orange Ave due to reported smoke:
After speaking with the Coronado Fire Department, Chief Perry Peak informed me that the CFD was responding to a call from Lee Mather Realty who reported smelling smoke. Ultimately concluding there was no fire, Peak stated they wanted to do a thorough check of the area to prevent something tragic from happening if there had been a fire. The firemen used thermal imaging cameras to carefully check the area and Orange Ave was closed for approximately 15 mins.
