Last weekend I spent a couple of hours buying bunting at the hardware store as well as a 1/2″ pvc pipe and zip ties (buy local!). I used clear plastic zip ties to attach the two swags to two sections of cut pipe after drilling three holes in each section of pipe, then I hung the bunting from my vinyl fence using white cotton twine. I thought it made the front of my house look very festive and showed my patriotism. Someone else must have really liked it too because this morning I discovered that my bunting had been stolen off of the fence. It was only hanging up for four days!!! I am SO disappointed that someone would steal my bunting.
