Yogurt Escape self-serve frozen yogurt is now hiring
Location: Split time between both 942 Orange Avenue, Coronado, CA 92118 and 6171 Mission Gorge Rd, San Diego, CA; must have reliable transportation and cell phone.
Position: Team member
Schedule: MUST have OPEN availability to work at both locations without any restricitions including days, nights and weekends
Pay: Starting $8/hr + tips
Requirements: We are looking for high energy, happy, friendly, outgoing individuals, who are well spoken, always smile, have a flexible schedule and are self-motivated with strong work ethic and excellent people skills. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, multi-task and maximize time while remaining upbeat. Other requirements include able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, stand, bend, pull, scoop, and reach through-out shift.
Job Description: Naturally make every guest smile and create a memorable experience from the moment they enter the store by smiling, greeting and interacting with guests while providing fast and super friendly service throughout their visit. Must be able to work fast, moving from task to task while constantly cleaning the entire facility and also ensuring all toppings and yogurt are high quality, prepped, restocked and nicely displayed. With so much responsibility, honesty and dependability are a must!
Work Experience: Restaurant, yogurt a plus, retail or other customer service experience preferred. Basic math and cash handling skill are required and excellent communication skills are necessary.
