You are cordially invited to attend the Coronado Animal Care Facility’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, May 10 at 2:00 p.m. This is the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) public facility built in Coronado. The facility was built to the U. S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver certification standards using an overall environmentally holistic approach.
The 3,400 square foot modern facility has seven dog adoption rooms; one kitten community room; two cat community rooms; a cat porch; dog and cat quarantine rooms; a get acquainted room; and an outdoor animal exercise area.
