When our children say adults need to crack down on alcohol at teen parties, it’s time to take action.
Drinking parties are the No. 1 problem for minors above learning problems, above assaults according to a survey completed last week of 300 students at five Orange County high schools by a chapter of Friday Night Live, the anti-drug outreach arm of the Orange County Department of Education.
