City Confirmation: No applications or inquiries from Wal-Mart or Walgreens for Petco Store building on Orange

We keep getting emails about this former Petco Store and that the new owners are either Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Can anyone at the city confirm or deny who will be the next tenant?

Dear Mr. Johnson. The City of Coronado Community Development Department has not received any inquires or applications from Wal-Mart or Walgreens regarding occupying the former Petco Store.
