We discovered Coronado last Fall and fell in love with the town and the weather. Since we have moved here we are now in love with the people, the town, and the weather. We are from Steamboat Springs, Co where we have had a candy business for the last 17 years. We left our son and the snow and cold to come here and open our new store. The store has over 400 varieties of candy as well as a large selection of small toys such as Hello Kitty, LEGO, Thomas the Train, Groovy Girls, Hot Wings, Ugly Dolls,plus toys from our childhood. The candy selection includes candies for kids of all ages. We have a huge selection of gummy, sours, licorice, chocolates, 44 flavors of Jelly Bellies, and designer or team colored M&M’s. Nostalgic candies are also a feature of the store and provides a fun walk down memory lane. The store will soon feature a candy kitchen where we will hand make caramel for the candy and apples, fudge in a variety of flavors, gourmet chocolates, many dipped products like strawberries and marshmallows, as well as other specialty items from the kitchen. The kitchen is still under construction, but should be open in a few days.
