1500 OCEAN at The Del’s Local Food & Beer Fest

On Sunday, November 8, 1500 OCEAN and Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott are pleased to present the final “Celebrate Sustainability” dinner event this year in conjunction with San Diego’s inaugural Beer Week. The 2009 event series, which focuses on utilizing ingredients that are local, sustainable and responsible, will conclude by highlighting San Diego’s local breweries. ENO Wine Director Ted Glennon will be joined by representatives from The Lost Abbey, Ballast Point, and Coronado Brewing Co. for the dinner’s delicious beer pairings. Menu highlights include: Lamb Sausage-Filled Fried Olives; Housemade Soft Pretzels; Lobster Corn Dogs; BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Pizzas; Beef Short Ribs; Clams with Chorizo, Peppers and Onions; an ENO Cheese Display; Arctic Char Tartare; Pork and Fig Crepinette and Lamb Lollipops.
