Note: See how the water used to go all the way up to Ocean Blvd. before the beach was filled in with sand. Also, note the pier. Artist Todd Stands created “Imagine: Tent City” at the Promenade. It’s located just south of the Coronado Boathouse restaurant along the Marina. The images are old photos and artwork on tiles that form an incredible mural.
