Arrests * 9/1 16 year old female arrested for burglary and forgery (using another person’s identification) at the Loew’s Resort * 9/3 28 year old Arizona male DUI misdemeanor .08% (300 block Pomona) * 9/4 51 year old male arrested for robbery as a felony of grand theft property (NEX) * 9/4: 51 year old male arrested for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant (700 block Orange) * 9/5: 23 year old male arrested for DUI misdemeanor .08% (3000 block Silver strand) * 9/6: 21 year old male arrested for DUI misdemeanor .08% (300 block Pomona) * 9/6: 36 year old male arrested for disorderly conduct due to alcohol (1200 block 1st) * 9/7: 39 year old Imperial beach female arrested for DUI misdemeanor .08% (1000 Leyte Road) * 9/7: 26 year old San Diego male arrested for disorderly conduct due to alcohol (1000 Leyte Road) * 9/7: 33 year old San Diego male arrested for disorderly conduct due to alcohol (1000 Leyte Road) Crime * 8/31: Terrorist threats- juvenile suspect confronted juvenile victims and screamed at them for stepping on plants and threatened to shoot them if they did it again. He used aggressive body posture while making threats. * 9/1: Annoying phone call: obscene/threatening calls to victim since the break-up. Victim asks that all contact be ended. * 9/2: Burglary- unknown suspect gained access to residence on 400 block D Ave. an stole an X-box system an tv remote. * 9/2: Burglary in the first degree on 400 block C Ave. Unkown suspect gained access by forcing a winow open on ground floor. Suspect ransacked upstairs game room and bedroom and stole computer, camera, mp3 player, Wii, cell phone and video games. * 9/3 Male suspect entered NEX and took 2 laptop computers. Loss Prevention Agents contacted suspect and he became combative. Police Department called to assist. Suspect taken to San Diego county jail and booked. * 9/5: Attempted kidnapping, false imprisonment and battery on person. 25 year old female followed on foot in G alley. Suspect ran after her and grabbed her causing minor injuries. As suspect tried to get better grip on her she was able to flee the scene. * 9/7: Report of domestic violence on 300 block F Ave. Domestic dispute with yelling and pushing.
