Dogs Surf For Charity In California

Editor’s Note: Congrats to Loews Coronado Bay Resort for another great ‘Surf Dog’ competition to raise money for those in need. Glad to see this getting some press. Surfing goes to the dogs in California.Surf dogs of all shapes and sizes gather for the fourth annual “Loews Coronado Bay Resort Surf Dog Competition.”Each dog gets a chance to catch three waves.They’re scored on confidence level, length of ride and overall ability to hang ten…so to say.Money raised from the competition goes to “The modest needs foundation.”The foundation is a non-profit that works to prevent poverty.
