Foreclosed Restaurant in Coronado Sells for $2.5M

Stay tuned to eCoronado.com to get updates. —————————— Orange Avenue Real Estate Holdings LLC acquired the 10,900-square-foot restaurant at 126 Orange Ave. in Coronado, CA, from Dunham Mortgage Funds for $2.54 million, or approximately $234 per square foot. Dunham Mortgage acquired the property through foreclosure in March. The sale price included personal property and a liquor license. There were no brokers involved in the transaction.
