Which Wich is one of the fastest growing restaurant concepts in the country with over 80 locations open nationally and another 50 slated to open over the next year. People love Which Wich because of the variety (there are over 51 different “Wiches” to choose from), the ordering system (customers get to select which ingredients they want on their Wich by writing on their bag) and taste (Which Wich uses only the freshest, name-brand ingredients). The very first Which Wich in California opened in February 2009 in the Hillcrest neighborhood and is owned by Coronado residents Dennis and Maggie Holland. Dennis and Maggie found out about Which Wich while they lived in the Dallas area where Which Wich is headquartered. They opened their second location in Pacific Beach in April 2009 and have a third scheduled to open in Carlsbad in mid July 2009.
