There will soon be another sweet treat available on Coronado this summer. eCoronado.com got the tip directly from the new business (thanks Rosalina) and our mouths are already starting to water: “Our location is down at the ferry landing, near the fountain and just a few doors down from rubber ducky. As of now our projected opening date is June 25, and we’ll have brewed coffee, Italian sodas, and a rotating menu with about 8 or 9 cupcake flavors available each day.” Coronado Cupcakery will be a welcomed addition to the island and if you are a member of eCoronado.com, we will notify you as soon as they open.
