Boomer is a male Chihuahua/possible Terrier variety who looks to be 6-9 months old, about 10 pounds in size. Healthy and soft, he’s tan/white in his markings and uses his soulful eyes to beckon you to take him along. Sporting his “adopt me” cape , he proudly struts the neighborhood enjoying the fresh air and the attention of his admirers. Our boy, Boomer gets along with other dogs and just loves to be with his human friends. He would do best in a home where he is not left for long periods of time. Observed during overnights with volunteers, he likes to snuggle under the covers when it is time to go to bed. Boomer is very affectionate, not hyper, an easy companion for any household. He resides at the Coronado Animal Care Facility at 1395 First Street, next to the Ferry Landing. Visitation hours are 9am-4pm every day but holidays.
We have two sister teacup Chihuahuas, Bambi and Brownie also needing a loving family. Please stop by to visit them and get to know their personalities.
