Islander Ladies Club is at it again!

Islander Ladies Club shares some good news:

Local nonprofit organization, Islander Ladies Club, is always looking for ways to give back to this wonderful community we call home. In light of the COVID-19 crisis, many Coronado businesses have been struggling due to the imposed closures or restrictions. In an effort to support our community, ILC has purchased gift cards from 20 local businesses to present to 40 community members who are making a difference – or need a little encouragement – during these unprecedented times. Please follow ILC’s Facebook and/or Instagram page or email  [email protected] to see the featured gift cards up for grabs and for details to nominate deserving locals to receive a special gratitude “shout out” and gift from ILC.

“We hope this small gesture is helpful to our local businesses, while also recognizing the efforts of some amazing people within our community,” explains Tori Heintzleman, President of Islander Ladies Club. “We are just trying to add a little hope and happiness during uncertain times for our community,” adds Connie Kocherga, Vice President. “We hope it will encourage others to buy gift cards and support our local businesses as much as possible. They give so much to our community and are supportive of so many local events and organizations. This is our chance to give back.”

The give away begins on May 10th and winners will randomly be selected and announced each Friday on Islander Ladies Club social media pages.
