Portraits of Honor Project and Tom Rice Portrait Unveiling (video)

It was a packed house in the Winn Room at the Coronado Public Library on Thursday, October 28 for the dedication of a stunning portrait of Coronado hometown hero, WWII Veteran Tom Rice, and the Portraits of Honor Project.

Commissioner of Public Art Brad Willis, who hosted the event, collaborated with San Diego photographer Joel Ortiz for this video of highlights from the evening. The Sweethearts of Swing provided live music.
