Calling all Coronado Canines – and Photographers!

Do you have a favorite photograph (or 20) of your pup enjoying the dog-friendly wonders of Coronado? Your Coronado Chamber of Commerce is inviting photographic submissions for the stunning new Coronado Visitor Center website, launching this summer. The fresh and stylish design has been created by Raindrop Marketing and we want to take this opportunity to showcase the talent, warmth and personality of our residents as much as our attractions!

Now, more than ever, we need the support of our loyal and adoring island guests to help get our businesses back on their feet. We have been busily snapping away but of course things are looking a little different right now and while we have access to sunny stock photos, what we want most of all is to have a website that truly reflects our unique community – something we can all feel proud of and a part of.

We know there are some great photographers on Coronado with a back catalogue of fantastic pics so if you would like to take a trip down memory lane and select your best shots, we’d love to see them. We are particularly looking for photographs of pups getting sandy and salty at Dog Beach, sprucing up at Wag ’N Tails or enjoying treats while dining or shopping local. We would also love to see pics from Coronado’s dog mayor candidates and local dog walkers! If your photo shows the beauty of both your furry friend and Coronado, we want to see it!

Each week we will be requesting photos with a different theme so keep an eye out!

Please email with your high resolution image and a line confirming that your photograph is your own and that you give permission for the Coronado Chamber to feature the image on the Coronado Visitor Center website and on social media. We would also love to know the names of your dogs and if you could add a sentence on why this particular memory is special, that would be great! Thank you so much for helping us celebrate and support Coronado.

We can’t wait to see your sunrise to sunset pics!
