Coronado Public Library wishes you a joyous holiday season. Why not deck the halls with boughs of story time glee? Please join us for one or all of our signature holiday children’s programs, Santa Storytime and Hanukkah Storytime. These joyful celebrations are bound to get your family into the spirit of the season.
‘SANTA STORYTIME’ on Dec. 10 at 10:30 am in the Winn Room. Santa Claus is coming to Coronado Public Library! This special story time will offer toddlers and preschoolers the 3Ss: a story, a song, and Santa! The beloved librarian/musician duo, “Ms. Jean and Mr. Mike,” will treat the crowd to live music and playfully beckon Santa to appear. Then, one at a time, children will be invited to sit on Santa’s lap and tell him all about what they want for Christmas.
‘HANUKKAH STORYTIME’ on Dec. 20 at 10:30 am in the Winn Room. Expect an interactive and joyous story time where young children can learn all about Hanukkah. From a menorah to dreidels and potato latkes, toddlers and preschoolers will experience the wonder of the festival of lights. Acclaimed accordionist Mark Danisovsky will be performing live music to boot. This is a story time you don’t want to miss!
‘NOON YEAR’S EVE BASH’ on Dec. 27 at 11:30 am in the Winn Room. Count down to “noon year’s eve”! Children, ages 3-7, will get to dance the morning away with music and party favors as they wait for the ball to drop. Parents and caregivers in attendance…expect a big hug from your little one when that clock strikes twelve!
From all of us at Coronado Public Library to all of you, season’s greetings!
