Babysitter Training Class
Babysitting is a great way to earn money and get job experience at a young age. So the Coronado Recreation Department is offering a Babysitter Training Class on Saturday, October 1st for 11 to 15 year old boys and girls who are interested in babysitting for family, friends or neighbors. This fun, hands-on class will be held in the Club Room at Glorietta Bay Park from 9:30am-2:30pm. Babysitter Training participants get to practice on dolls to learn infant skills including bottle feeding and diapering. Also they learn and practice CPR on mannequins. Upon completion of the one day course, participants receive a Child and Babysitting Safety Booklet, A Babysitter’s Certificate and a Starter First Aid Kit.
