The game last Friday night was a tough 35-0 loss to Santa Fe Christian. Although we moved the ball better on offense we still couldn’t get the ball in the end zone. Untimely turnovers stalled our scoring opportunities. Defensively we did a good job. Bright spots are beginning to come out. Jordan Narramore, our QB, went out with a hamstring injury and back up Francis Pugeda came in to do a good job. Zack Kozlik, who plays center, nose tackle and punter, had another great day punting. He punted twice for 102 yards for a 51.0 average. Our defense for the most part kept them at bay with exciting tackles. The Freshmen and the JV won 21-0 and 12-10 respectfully.
Next Saturday we play a home game against Orange County power house Aliso Niguel. Game time for the JV is 3pm and the varsity at 6pm.
