Town Hall Recap: Frustrated Coronado residents talk traffic

CORONADO — Before a crowded room in the Coronado library, Mayor Casey Tanaka and other council members listened as frustrated residents vented their dissatisfaction with the city’s ongoing traffic woes.

More than 150 concerned residents attended the town hall meeting. Many addressed the council expressing frustration. Some offered possible solutions for addressing the traffic problem including mandatory carpooling, a car pool lane and better police enforcement of the current traffic laws.
