Christian Rice Architects, Inc. Voted “Best Architect” for Second Straight Year

Coronado, CA July 12, 2010 – Local architect Christian Rice, AIA recently received recognition from “Coronado Lifestyle” magazine as the “Best Architect” in Coronado for 2010. Christian Rice, AIA also received the honor in 2009. Christian Rice, AIA has quickly established his local architectural firm over the past six years to become a notable player in the local design scene.

“Coronado Triangle” – project located where Olive Avenue, 8th Street, and F Avenue meet.

Christian Rice Architects, Inc. has completed over two dozen projects in Coronado, with many more throughout California. Highly visible projects in Coronado include the “Coronado Triangle” development at the triangular shaped block formed by Olive Avenue, 8th Street, and F Avenue. The “Coronado Triangle” includes a 3-unit contemporary-style condominium development and a single-family residence in the Mediterranean style. All “Coronado Triangle” residences sold shortly after completion.

The office is currently working on multiple projects in Coronado, including a renovation to a bayfront home on First Street and a two-unit condominium development a few blocks from the beach.
