Members of Friends of Children United Society (FOCUS) enjoy lunch at the 1906 Lodge.
The monthly Coronado FOCUS meeting was held April 21st at the 1906 Lodge. This organization raises funds to benefit disadvantaged and disabled children in San Diego County. The featured speaker was Erica Johnson, Community Relations coordinator at South Bay Community Services. The meeting was followed by lunch in the Arts and Crafts decorated dining room. Innkeeper Susan Nelson’s Three Cheese Strata was a big hit for lunch. This is one of the seven unique recipes offered each week for breakfast at the Lodge.
Conference space and dining facilities make the 1906 Lodge an ideal venue for local meetings and social gatherings. Contact owner Sue Gillingham for more information. She can be reached at [email protected] or 437-1900.
