Just so the community appreciates the seriousness of this: there have been incidents of more than ‘Flashing/Exposing’ as reported in the press release – in fact an ‘act’ was performed in front of the female juveniles. This goes beyond ‘flashing’. Second, it may be serial – ie multiple occurences by the same person on different occasions. Third, some of the juveniles were victimized more than once. Fourth, One incident was in November 2009. Let’s get our community to work together to ask our Police to improve communication/alerts of this nature, so our children may be better protected via prevention.
