Australian rookie sensation Matt Hall poses with his MXS-R next to a Navy F-18C of VFA-94 at the Red Bull Air Race hangar/pit facility at Brown Field. Matt is a former Royal Australian Air Force fighter pilot pilot who has flown the Hornet, AND he did an exchange tour with the US Air Force, flying the F-15 Strike Eagle on combat missions in Iraq. All of the aircraft hangars and the control tower will be open to public Saturday afternoon once the qualifying session is over.
