Pet of the Week: Garfield, a Tabby Cat for Adoption

This Garfield Will Rise, and Shine, for You!

Sweet and handsome Garfield came to the Coronado Animal Care Facility from the SD Humane Society, where he was originally received as an owner relinquishment. Unlike his somewhat grumpy namesake, PAWS’ Garfield is a fun and active cat who will entertain you with his sporty antics.

  • Garfield is an engaging and interactive feline, and has a playful and curious demeanor.

  • At first blush, Garfield may come off as a little shy, but it doesn’t take much for his human pals to win him over.

  • Garfield is great with other cats, and would do well in a home with other felines, or on his own, as long as he has plenty of interaction with his human family.

  • At seven years young, Garfield is the perfect age to start his new life with his forever family.

Garfield’s Stats:  Male, 7 years old, Red/White DSH Tabby, neutered, microchip implant, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, dewormed, flea preventative applied, adoption fee – $50
