At last week’s State Track Meet in Fresno, Paralympic Sprinter and Coronado High School junior Xavier Marsh won both the 100 and 200 meter dashes with personal record times of 11.28 and 23.13, respectively. Both efforts were state meet records for the Paralympic T12 division for visually handicapped athletes.
