Chelsea Wilson teaches Zumba Gold and is ready to get you moving!  Join her on Fridays, January 4-25, 10-11 a.m., to enjoy the music and shake it up!  $24, for residents and $29, for nonresidents.

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that offers amazing health benefits for both mind and body. Join Jane Kidd on Wednesdays, January 9-30, 9:10-10:10 a.m. for Tai Chi. $32, for residents and $42, for nonresidents.

Join Ethyanne Ochoa for Strength, Balance and Flexibility on Mondays, January 7-28 (no class January 21), 9:15-10:15 a.m., for a chair-based exercise class to improve your core muscles and feel the burn.  $15 for residents, $20 for nonresidents. Ethyanne also teaches Restorative Beginning Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15-10:15 a.m., January 3-31.  Center yourself and get a great workout in the process. $45 for residents and $55 for nonresidents.
