This Mother’s Day, give your ‘mamma’ what she really wants – brunch and bubbles at Primavera Ristorante. Located at 932 Orange Ave, Primavera will offer a prix fixe brunch menu and complimentary mimosas for moms from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 13.
Created by executive chef, Ryan Moore, Primavera’s specialty three-course Mother’s Day menu is priced at $54.95 per person, with additional items available for a supplemental charge. Brunch selections include: avocado alla griglia, grilled shrimp, avocado and artichoke hearts served with lemon herb vinaigrette and crostini; salmon bruschetta, smoked salmon with red onion, capers and herb crème fraiche; lobster eggs Benedict, made with cold water lobster on ciabatta bread with poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, served with Italian roasted potatoes and fresh fruit; tiramisu; and more.
With the purchase of brunch, mothers will be treated to a complimentary mimosa. Additional brunch cocktails will be available to accompany the meal, including: Bellinis, priced at $9; bloody Marys, priced at $12; and more.
