Fried chicken and waffles, greens, mac 'n cheese, cornbread, sweet potato pie, red beans and rice... Roscoe's has an almost cult-like following, and a new location will be opening "just over the bridge."
A couple months back there were rumors that the Los Angeles chain, Roscoe’s House of Chicken & Waffles, might be opening a location in San Diego. Most speculation centered around the Mission Valley area. Today it was announced in San Diego Eater that the new restaurant will be in Barrio Logan. That sounds like good news for Coronado fans of the soul food chain.
