My son lost his jacket on pajama day at the ECDC two Fridays ago. We have turned the school upside down, checked all the lost-and-found locations, and his and the other kindergarten teachers have reached out to their students’ parents about the jacket. I’m hoping one of the other kids took it home by mistake and that it may still turn up.
It is a green pilot jacket and has USAF F-16 patches sewn on it. The jacket has sentimental value as the patches were all his dad’s who was an F-16 pilot and killed in Afghanistan in 2011. My son is Sean Bryant and my husband was Lt. Col. Frank D. Bryant. Sean was a newborn when his dad deployed and had just turned one when he was killed in Kabul. We would love if the jacket turned up. Maybe the story behind its value would encourage parents to have a look.
We appreciate any assistance. Many thanks.
All the best,
Janice Bryant
