Showhouse 2014 is their first California home out of 25 Showhouses. This is also the first for Flagg Coastal Homes, joining a world-class stable of builders and designers in creating this very special house.

“Public tours of the Showhouse have been successful since opening on July 16,” said Flagg principal John O’Brien. “Tours continue daily, except Monday and Tuesday. The US Navy SEAL Foundation has already received more than $30,000 in contributions from this project.”

Mark Blore and John O’Brien, principals of Flagg Coastal Homes, Navy veterans and members/supporters of the Naval Surface Warfare community.

Two Navy veterans – Mark Blore and O’Brien – are the principals of Flagg Coastal Homes. Blore is a former Navy SEAL. O’Brien the officer in charge of a PTF “Nasty Class,” the last of the wooden patrol torpedo boats in the Vietnam Era. Both men are extremely loyal to the Naval Surface Warfare community, and when they discovered the Showhouse project could benefit a charity of their choice, they quickly enlisted the aid of another Coronado man, Admiral Garry Bonelli, CEO of the SEAL Foundation and former Navy SEAL. Together they are staging day tours and evening fundraisers on the property to maximize benefits for the Foundation.

Tickets for the Coastal Living Showhouse tours can be purchased through www.coastbuilder.net, www.flagg.com, and at the Coronado Visitor Center. For more information on the US Navy SEAL Foundation visit www.navysealfoundation.org.
