Free Coronado Shuttle PSA (video)

Just in time for Independence Day (and the accompanying crowds), the City of Coronado has released this promotional video for the free Coronado shuttle, saying:

Coronado’s popular Summer Shuttle is back and in service, offering free bus service to Coronado resident and visitors through September 14. Back by popular demand, the free Summer Shuttle reduces vehicle trips along the Orange Avenue commercial corridor during the peak summer season. Shuttle destinations include the Hotel del Coronado, Downtown-Shops, Coronado Ferry Landing and the Coronado Island Marriott Resort and Spa. Special bus stop signs are in place and a handy brochure is available at local hotels and businesses to promote the free shuttle. Shuttle buses run every 30 minutes, longer on Friday and Saturday, and provides four more hours of daily service to the 904 route by beginning one hour earlier and remaining in operation three hours later, seven days a week.

Have you taken the shuttle? What did you think? Let us know in the comments!
