If you have a Coronado flag, start flying them to honor the USS CORONADO that will be commissioned on Saturday, April 5, 2014. She is an Independence class littoral combat ship. She will be the third ship of the United States Navy to be named after the City of Coronado
Susan Keith is the ship’s sponsor and will christen the USS CORONADO (LCS-4) just as her mother christened the previous ship of that name in 1966.
