Ganosh Gourmet, a local business that delivers delicious, homemade food to your Coronado home or office, has a hit on its hands. Their new video premiered on You Tube this week, and features music composed and performed by George “The Fatman” Sanger. Sanger, a pioneer in computer game audio, is a Coronado native and is famous for composing music for groundbreaking, blockbuster games such as “The 7th Guest” and “Wing Commander” as well holding his annual Texas retreat for game audio insiders called “Project Bar B Que”. “I was so lucky to get him,” gushed Ganosh owner Wendy McGuire. “Of course, I offered to pay him in empanadas, so how could he resist?”
The video shows the process of getting food from Ganosh Gourmet, from ordering, cooking, delivering and heating and eating. All this action is performed by Wendy, her cooks (all Coronadoans), her delivery team from the Coronado Enterprise Group of Community Options, and one of her customers.
