Estrella is the Spanish word for Star. She is a black beauty with one splash of white on her chest and stunning Green/Gold eyes! This adult female was totally devoted to her human parent. Miss Starr’s world turned upside down when her “mom” died leaving our little girl in need of another family to look after her. This loving cat’s job is not done in providing companionship and trust. Her needs are simple, but a comfortable lap is top on her list of wants. She’s a 5-star cat ready to assume the role intended for her.
June is Adopt A Shelter Cat month. Coronado Animal Care Facility, located at 1395 First Street, is hosting an open house on Sat. June 25, from 10am – 2pm. Please stop by to join in the fun. There will be some festivities. PAWS of Coronado volunteers will be on hand to offer tours and introduce you to the cats and dogs available. There are no home visits for the month of June, adoption fee is $40 for the first feline and $20 extra for a second cat/kitten. So take this opportunity to choose the pet that best matches your family.
