Year after year, Coronado loses more public transportation. This year bus route 904 was completely eliminated on Sundays. Now, the city council has approved to further study the voluntary removal of 6 bus stops along Orange Avenue at 5th, 7th and 9th streets.
If we continue to say nothing, they will continue to consolidate until nothing is left!
Residents, Workers and Visitors please write today to show your support for public transportation in Coronado!
TELL CITY COUNCIL how you value the bus routes 901 and/or 904. Do you use it for Padres games, commuting, theatre, shopping, errands, school, jury duty, out of necessity or just for fun? If you don’t use it, do you know a family, friend or neighbor that relies on the bus for mobility and independence?
