Perfetto Pairing: Moscato d’Asti, Saracco - INSALATA DI FINOCCHI E PECORINO TARTUFATO: Fennel salad with farro, Belgian endive, watercress, celery, carrots, pecorino tartufato cheese & red wine vinaigrette
