FREE Wizard of Oz Movie at Tidelands Park – 8pm on 08/14/09 Come join us at the end of the Yellow Brick Road and experience “The Wizard of Oz” in a whole new way. In honor of the 70th Anniversary of this iconic film, the Coronado Historical Association is teaming up with the Coronado Recreation Services Department to present a screening of “The Wizard of Oz.” Sing-along to your favorite songs, dress up as your favorite character, and have a piece of OZILY-CAKE. The event will take place at Tidelands Park on Friday, August 14th at 8:00 p.m. and has been made possible through generous funding from the San Diego Unified Port District and the City of Coronado.
