A fast-growing company, Yogurt Escape has opened three locations this year and will soon open its fourth location in the Gaslamp at 738 Fifth Avenue (@ F Street). “The Yogurt Escape team is invigorated by the community support we’ve received over the past year from Coronado’s incredible community,” said Scott Quan, President, Yogurt Escape. “We have sought to thank the Coronado community by contributing to the Coronado Schools Foundation, partnering with SAFE, eCoronado events, participating in the Christmas parade, among other events.” During the past year, Yogurt Escape has contributed to several community events. At the 2009 Annual Garden Party, Yogurt Escape helped raise money to beautify the Coronado medium by treating guests to their choice of yogurt and toppings. We also supported the local Police and Fire Departments by hosting a Public Safety Appreciation Day, treating each officer and firefighter to a hand-delivered frozen yogurt in partnership with Coronado SAFE. In addition, donations were made to friends at the Coronado Seniors Association, Coronado Middle School tennis and lacrosse teams, Coronado Library, Coronado High School Islander Football, eCoronado.com, Christ Church Day School, Coronado Chamber of Commerce, and the Coronado Schools Foundation, among others.
