After over 5 months in jail, the Coronado Sandman (Alberto Avilla) is back. Last year, he was booked for obstruction and battery on a police officer. Charges were later reduced to a misdemeanor. He plans on adding more sand art to Coronado immediately. Thanks to eCoronado.com member Al Graham who shot this video and posted it earlier today:
